With our big community, UHairstyle is proud to ship all of his products worldwide.

We take 1 to 3 days to process your order and 15 to 20 days for a standard delivery (fast delivery is 3 to 7 days). Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimated and may varied.

We offer a standard delivery (15-20 days) for free and for a fast delivery (3-7 days), the fee is $14.99 CAD.

Our offices are located in Quebec, Canada and our international warehouse is located in Asia where our products are made.

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you need help for this step, contact us at support@uhairstyle.com. We are there for you !

PLACING AN ORDER

It only depends of your location. For our Canadian customers, taxes apply and are added at the checkout. Against your shipping address (province), the tax % may vary. For the rest of the world, there is no taxes added on your order.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

Promo codes can be applied to your order during checkout, in the Payment section.

Yes, without a problem. You just need to make sure that your billing address is the one associated to your payment method.

ORDER FOLLOW-UP

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@uhairstyle.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it's probably because our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. Also, the Covid-19 pandemic may make delivery times longer due to many additional procedures. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means, if you are not 100% satisfied of your purchase, you can return or exchange it for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@uhairstyle.com by giving us your order number and the reason why you want a refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping any returned items. In other words, shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable

To start an exchange, you must follow the same steps as for a return. Then, you must make a separate purchase with the right product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
